The company is responsible for ensuring the implementation of IT Governance/Management good practices as mandated by the SOE Minister Regulation. To ensure the successful implementation of the IT program, the company forms an IT Steering Committee and assigns a person in charge of each function who has knowledge and competence according to their respective fields so that the process of establishing and developing IT and its implementation can be carried out according to plan.
