Andi Gani Nena Wea, SH

President Commisioner concurrently Independent Commissioner

Born in Jakarta on October 5, 1975. Reappointed as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner of PT PP (Persero) Tbk based on the Resolutions of the 2019 Annual GMS on June 04, 2020 (Second Period). He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Atmajaya University, Yogyakarta in 2000.

First appointed to the board of commissioners as an independent commissioner according to the resolution of the 2014 annual general meeting of shareholders on may 21 2015. Then, at the 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders dated on april 29, 2016, he was appointed as President commissioner concurrently as independent commissioner with a term of office continuing his previous appointments.

He has served as President Commissioner concurrently Independent Commissioner of PT PP (Persero) Tbk (2016-2020), Independent Commissioner PT PP (Persero) Tbk (2015-2016), Senior Advisor of PT Leyland International Tbk (2003-2011), Director of PT BPS Energy (2003-2008). At present, concurrent positions as Chariman of GCG dan Nomination Committe PT PP (Persero) Tbk (2016-present), Vice President of ASEAN Trade Union Council (ATUC) (2018-present), Owner PT Anugerah Dinamika Abadi (2013-present); President of the confederation of all indonesian Workers’ union (KSPSI) (2012-present), dan Presidium of Indonesian Labor Workers’ Assembly (MPBI) (2012-sekarang).

Ernadhi Sudarmanto, Ak., MM, M.Ak., CFE, CFr.A, CA, QIA, CGCAE, ASEAN CPA

Commissioner

Born in Magelang on July 4, 1965. Appointed as Commissioner of PT PP (Persero) Tbk based on Decisions of the Annual General Meeting for Fiscal Year 2018 on April 30, 2019. He is a graduate of the Master of Accounting from the State College of Accountancy (STAN).

Appointed as a Commissioner according to on the Resolution of the 2018 Annual GMS dated april 30, 2019 with Deed No. 5 dated May 6, 2019 which was made before ir. nanette cahyanie Handari adi Warsito, SH, Notary in Jakarta.

He served as Commissioner PT Dok & Perkapalan Kodja bahari (Persero) (2018-2019), Deputy for Supervision of Government Agencies in Political, legal, security, Human Development and Culture BPKP (2017-2019), Director of Investigation of Government Agencies bPKP (2016-2017), Director of Regional Financial Administration Supervision Region II, Deputy of regional Financial Implementation Supervision (2012- 2016), and Head of Investigation, BPKP Representative of DKi Jakarta Province (2011-2012). At present, He concurrent positions as Chief Secretary of BPKP (2019-present) and Member of the GCG and Nomination Committee of PT PP (Persero) Tbk (2019-present);

Dr. Ir. Hedy Rahadian, M.Sc.

Commissioners (Komisaris)

Born in Bandung on March 14, 1964. Served as Commissioner of PT PP (Persero) Tbk based on the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Fiscal Year 2019 on June 4, 2020. He completed his Master of Science in Highway Engineering at the University of Strathclyde Glasgow in 1992 and earned his Doctorate in Technical Engineering at the University of Strathclyde Glasgow in 1996.

Appointed as Commissioner according to Resolutions of 2019 Annual GMS which was held on June 4, 2020 with Deed No. 18 dated June 4, 2020 made before Ir. Nanette Cahyanie Handari Adi Warsito, SH, Notary in Jakarta. 

Prior to serving as a Commissioner of PT PP (Persero) Tbk, He has served as Director of Freeway and Urban, Directorate General of Highways, Ministry of PUPR (2018-2020), Director of Road Preservation, Directorate General of Highways of the Ministry of PUPR (2017-2018), Director of Bridges, Directorate General of Highways (2015-2017), Head of BBPJN V surabaya, Directorate General of Highways (2013-2015), Head of Sub Directorate of Road Engineering, Director of Technical Development, and Directorate General of Highways (2011-2013). At present, He concurrent positions as General Director of Highways.

Loso Judijanto, S.Si., MM, M.Stats

Commisioner (Komisaris)

Born on January 19, 1971. Served as Commissioner of PT PP (Persero) Tbk based on the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Fiscal Year 2019 on June 4, 2020. He obtained his Bachelor of Science at Bogor Agricultural University in 1994, Magister Management from the University of Indonesia in in 1995, and the title Master of Statistics from the University of New South Wales Australia in 1998.

Appointed as Commissioner according to the Resolution of 2019 Annual GMS which was held on June 4, 2020 by Deed No. 18 dated June 4, 2020 made before Ir. Nanette Cahyanie Handari Adi Warsito, SH, Notary in Jakarta.

Ayodhia GL Kalake, SH, MDC

Commissioner (Komisaris)

Born in Jakarta, November 18, 1966. Became a Commissioner of PT PP (Persero) Tbk based on the Resolution of the 2020 Annual GMS on May 25, 2021. Graduated from the Faculty of Law, Padjajaran University and earned a Master of European Union Law from Universidad de Colutense, Madrid.

He has served as a Deputy of Infrastructure and Transportation, Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Investment, Special Staff to the Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment in the Field of International Relations and International Agreements, Deputy for Delimitation of Maritime Zones, Deputy for Maritime Sovereignty, the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs, and the Directorate General for Multilateral Affairs, the Directorate General for Law and International Treaties, the Directorate General of Politics, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. At present, he has concurrent positions as The Secretary of Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Investment.

Irjen. Pol. (Purn) Drs. Istiono, MH

Komisaris Independent | Independent Commissioner

Born in Tulungagung on October 1st, 1963. Appointed as an Independent Commissioner of PT PP (Persero) Tbk based on the Decision of the 2021 Annual GMS on April 5, 2022. He graduated from Police Academy (AKPOL) in 1987, PTIK in 1998, SESPIM Polri in 2001, and Lemhanas in 2012. Appointed as independent commissioner according to Annual GMS Resolutions for the fiscal year 2021 dated on April 5, 2022  made before Ir. Nanette Cahyanie Handari Adi Warsito, SH, Notary in Jakarta. 

Prior to becoming the Independent Commissioner of PT PP (Persero) Tbk, He served as Head of The Police Traffic Corps (2019-2021), Regional Police Chief of Bangka Belitung Island (2018-2019), Dirbinpotmas Korbinmas Baharkam Polri (2017-2018), and Deputy Regional Police Chief of Bangka Belitung Island (2016-2017).
